Feldenkrais is a body and movement orientated work.
It unites methodicly body, mind and soul.
It mediates the active use of intuitive intelligence.
The goal is to optimize physical exercise and showing alternatives to painfull movements.
You learn to be aware of your own movements and how to locate the patternns of tension in your body.

an individual one -to-one work, in which the Feldenkraisteacher seeks ouy painfull tensions and use the hands to remove them.
