InLight Yoga & Massage studio opened its doors in March 2014 in the old center of Lagos.
Besides fantastic daily drop-in Yoga classes of various styles throughout the year, we offer group healing sessions, music events
as well as workshops in numerous fields. Furthermore, we accommodate different professional alternative and holistic therapists, practitioners, and counselors. And last but not least, you can indulge with our amazing massages…
