Pebblepools was launched in 1994 with a single, core principle at the heart of its foundation: To import the best of worldwide pool building technology to Portugal and bring a completely new product range to the market.

By the beginning of the 21st century the principle was firmly established but the demand was so great that it became clear that rather more than just a pool building business was developing! Pebblepools as a company had grown into "the Pebble pool concept" both here in Portugal and throughout Europe.

Now, as we approach the start of 2013, Pebblepools continues to offers the unique combination of stability, reliability and innovation which has evolved from 20 years service to customers.

The Company

Pebblepools can offer a service and product which is second to none in terms of reliability, performance and innovation. This has positioned them at the very top of the swimming pool construction industry.

The philosophy of the company can be summarised quite easily:

• Pebblepools source, own and maintain all their own equipment and machinery – Programming and planning are within their control so delivery dates and performance is reliable.
• The specialist machinery and techniques they employ make their product unique. They are the only company in Portugal offering both Shotcrete projected concrete and genuine Pebbletec® pool interiors.
• They are constantly researching and developing ideas and techniques, both to offer new features and improve on existing ones – Active R & D combined with the worldwide network of pool builders to which they belong, ensure the client is not being given yesterday's technology in a permanently evolving environment.
• The company is founded on solid engineering principles with qualified Portuguese and English engineers at its core. The complete spectrum from technical calculations to legislative paperwork are handled in house efficiently and expediently.
